My name is Pamela Ifeoma Nwagbo. I am a Marketing Lecturer at the University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus, I have been lecturing for 4 years. The program was sent to me by my sister because she felt it was something I could benefit from. I researched the program and found it to be insightful and would greatly impact my self-development journey, also looking to transition from teaching to the Tech industry I felt it would help the transition into a proper office setting.

Prior to the program, I had no idea what intentional learning was all about. In the past year, I have been taking courses to help me transition but I was not fully intentional. The module on intentional learning really resonated with me because I have started implementing all the knowledge I gained and it has helped my learning process. Secondly, the communication module was also a favourite, being a shy person and not being able to communicate appropriately in most cases, I look to adapt the EPIC model in my personal life. Being shy and introverted, people have often judged me as lacking communication skills, so the model resonated with me and I have started practising using the Model. Thirdly, using the SMART model to help in problem-solving resonated with me. Being someone that shies away from leadership roles, my desired role in Project management will put me at the forefront of problem-solving and the module has helped me.

One Learning intention I would like to focus on is in the next month or two, I want to write the Scrum master certification exam, this will help me finally land the Tech job I desire as an IT Project Manager.
